Ultimately it comes down to the terms in the acquisition agreement, but I see no good reason why these options would be excluded. If in doubt ask Management what their plans are. DM, shareholders know where you live if you do.
Always makes me laugh / sigh when people speculate that sellers or buyer or option converters "know something". What exactly do you think it is that they know - a sale is pending that will exclude options? People guess, roll the dice, and hope they are right. SP goes up, leaky boat; SP goes down, leaky boat; options converted, also leaky boat. Granted the Company has delivered one or two Easter Eggs in the past, but I'm not classifying that as a 'leaky boat' for a select few 'insiders'.
Currently, the majority of people are guessing that PLT6 results will be positive (and for the record I am one one them).
