Your guess is as good as any - but for succesfull 20nm cell build/testing; we are looking at meeting the criteria outlined in this broker report below (less recent cr dilution). The real value comes post 20nm success, where Infineon designs a platform capable of handing the 20nm cell, then IMEC/Tier 1 foundry build/manufacture a working memory chip for industry demonstration. - circa 12-18months from now. Big value here - if they get it right... DYOR however, otherwise you will get thrown off the boat, volatility is gut wrenching. My two cents.
