Its development partner is working on another (complimentary) power reduction solution with a major chip manufacturer and you don't think its a potential lead for 4DS?
I would say, if you're aiming to reduce energy consumption in a specific system type, you wouldn't just stop with one sub system, you'd be looking at every element of the system.
