My thoughts exactly. Take out of the equation all we know about leadership, history and successors/ failures. Logic would dictate that any potential positives/ wins etc with the 20nm would have been released by now. Ie; Why not release some good news snippets on the way to the big news? Like positive breadcrumbs? The effect of this would have been the rising of the SP more gradually, increasing investor confidence and exposure thus making the journey to a $1 plus SP easier. Or it's not as straight forward and we all hope and there are issues clouding the situation currently.
