Concur. 5 and 6 same but 6 @ 20nm but with learnings incorperated from 5. The newly desgined platform by infineon ( not yet built by imec?) Will be ready for PL 7 and 8 is my take.
There is one thing to note though. Its clear that 4ds has gained some level of priority with these 2 companies you dont just more or less rock up to imec and ask for line time for a dozen wafers much less have them build a new platform for you as a priority. Companies wait 18months for line time to run of wafers so folks have been bumped back in RD in my opinion to take this on tto do that displays a level of confidence that pleases me and i say that as a long term believer in the tech and one who lost $250k in the 3 debacle and wants that back plus!.
