Not to dampen anyones day, but the next milestone (post PL6 "results") is 18-24 months away and about $8m of R&D costs.

What happens with the SP in regards to PL6 - which apparently is not for another couple of weeks now, is anyones guess. Probably a pump of excitement followed by a sell off as has been historically true for 4DS. I suspect that will get delayed anyway and track the same path of PL5.

Materially nothing would have changed between PL4 and PL6 (as PL4 alone was game changing enough to disrupt memory semiconductors) for the industry to take notice with nothing demonstrably proven, no white papers, no technical data, etc. so the hopium for a "buy out at any minute" is just that - hope... and people need hope in their lives so this is definitely going to happen... NVidia will need to buy this IP for billions of dollars to make sure they remain relevant in the future.

For the rest of us that try to take an objective view - the company looks something like
Pros: Potentially world changing memory technology in the future that could be extremely profitable
Cons: A very long list of red flags specifically since DM took over the company. No reason to go through listing these as people will just get upset because I'm not parroting some AI BS telling them how they are all going to be millionaires very soon.

Most of BP investors will sell on the news of PL6 as they have no interest in having money sitting still for long periods of time like most of us suckers. Easy 6 months of making 100% profit thanks to DM's discounted CR. $4 mill into $8 mill.. not a bad pay day.
