It's a good spot - but the magic is not DVL:asx (which has licensed the NTU reram tech). The magic is NTU (Nanyag Technological University) in singapore who are the ones that have created the tech - currently scales to 180nm; and is still in research and prototype phase from my understanding. Fits into normal CMOS processes as you'd expect.
