It is about highlighting the problem 4ds memory technology can solve for the AI model builders and the first ones to get 4ds's technology will get the edge. Its a fierce competition with US Ai and china Ai players.
There is absolutely no precedent to say 4ds has to get the entire r&d techover the finish line with endless PL to be able to attract interested suitors or to land an offer
Thereis also not one technology that doesn't keep iterating and advancing whether this is on 4ds's watch or on the watch of whoever takes it over .
Very strange mindset imo
