Here we go again.

- We are flying under the radar.

- Every companies out there are restructuring their operation because they are planning to buy us.

- There is going to be a bidding war because everyone will be fighting over us.

- SP under 0.10 is a steal.

- We are going to be sold for 10b USD.


Has anyone of the BOD bought shares on market with their own capital? Or convert option without selling to cover their cost? If they are so confident this thing is generational tech and will sell for billions then shouldn’t they be accumulating now? It is embarrassing that you guys are still making excuses for them and happily holding their bags.

Sometimes the explanation is just as simple as we are not that big of a deal, we are not that interesting, the other companies might be aware of us but that doesn’t mean they are interested in buying us.

My advice, be cautiously optimistic but don’t be surprised if it is a bad news on Monday. Instead of spending the weekend in euphoria you might want to start thinking about what is the plan if the SP tank 50-60% on Monday.
