He took shares in lieu of pay for non executive director accumulating 54m while director, transferred 1 million to daughter. Resigned as director now has 45m so sold or transferred the rest. Again good business sense no cost to him I believe, and 4DS got his name against the company which has indeed repaid them handsomely generating investment interest and profile early on.
