If you look at Weebit and how they said making a working 1MB chip derisked the company considerably.
Would imagine the same goes for 4DS but because its non fillamentry it could be even harder who knows.
A fair bet would be 50/50
they have the array and they have the right people in imec working on it with their technology. Nothing is in the bag till they achieve 1MB
You can hold for 1 year and get 50% discount but in the other hand 50% risk getting to 1MB
