    Without seeing the actual terms of 4ds/WD's agreement, it is reasonable to assume that WD would have first right of refusal over 4ds's technology.
    It is also reasonable to assume that if 4ds are unhappy with WD's offer they would then be free to pursue other offers. Thoughts?
