    A mate and I did own a club in Texas during the 90s. You got no idea the headache involved.
    Might be a nice fantasy but when you look at 30 employees with low standards and morals you'll spend more on legal fees to keep your business out of confiscation than you'll make.
    Wanna lose half a million in a year? There ya go.
    However, if I could get a license for a toll road...
