I second that.
Not going to hunt for the video/ audio but to paraphrase JD: the ASX is an extremely news hungry market.
Call it risk averse.
Lack of understanding.
Whatever.
Fact is, 4DS board are well aware of the news hungry nature of the ASX and it probably pisses them off no end.
They realise that to get this looking attractive from a TA POV and to prep it in the best light for our soon to be US investor buddies they need to drip feed the news through, whilst not effing the non disclosure with imec. Hence the other days "non-news" news release.
I say "soon to be US investor buddies" because as we all know, that second USA roadshow is coming within 12 weeks.
