4DS - Anything but Charting, page-521

Been following this stock and this forum. I think we have a few kinda traders on here and each to their own. I have barely got 100K shares to play around with and I am perfectly alright with that if those shares are going to be worth 0.50c + in the next 6-12 months. The real value appreciation in this stock comes down to a few metrics i'm gonna list down below.

1. Concluding the D17 wafer results (1-2 more iterations to go) With the analysis I have a feeling it will take longer to analyse purely because of the number of successful data points from the new wafers they have to compare between.

2. Approval of remaining patents (this is important for completeness of their IP) I'm expecting there to be some news flow on this between now and the Q2 results to support the price increase.

3. Successfully transferring the wafer onto the iMEC platform (there is a risk shareholders like ourselves are not sure how long this process will take, although they have said it will be quite straightforward, fingers crossed)

4. Announcing negotiations/speaking with other companies interested in the technology.

5. People here have mentioned a second US Roadshow, if that is the case that will give additional support to the price with investors purchasing large blocks of shares.

4DS has definitely been a trader's dream between announcements, I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the points above. As for why my sentiment is hold and not buy? Well that's my appetite for risk - I see buying opportunities below 7cents and anything above is at premium.
