im the local forum bipolar poster. You all know this.

the technology story is good. The pure fundamentals are good. I'm talking fundamentals of the industry and the human race at large. I.e: We, humanity, will continue to advance technology. No doubt about it. If you believe we will not, then essentially you have condemned humanity to having peaked, and now we are returning to the middle ages. I doubt this. Therefore, technology plays, fundamentally are really good investments.

The immediate term uncertainty and volatility are messed up.
I am expecting hard credit crunch.
I don't know what this means for take-over. I am hesitant for a take-over this year... I doubt this

WA government talking about banks relaxing on repayments, asking landlords to go easy and not evict tenants who are unable to meet rent payments....

If this isn't the start of an illiquid and dry credit environment...
