Long answer: Macro environment fundamentals are still shot to smithereens - mass unemployment (some estimates 30% in the USA). Supply shock globally. Demand shock globally. Fed is printing crazy. They're the ones responsible for this bounce.
"Don't fight the Fed"
So you have a situation where large portions of the US population (and even here) have lost their livelihoods overnight. That's not good for any business or any market (including real estate... watch this space)
On the flip side... everyone is at home using technology to work from home, entertainment etc. The future is smart sensors on everything... cars, buses, TV's, fridges, microwaves. The technology story is bullish.
And with the Fed buying everything things will only ever go up. They have more buying power than the world has selling power. Why? They own the printing press. The risk here is that the money they print loses its value, it simply inflates away like Thanos clicking his fingers and wiping out X% of purchasing power. This is why you see people bang on about bitcoin and gold. It's the thesis for these assets. ie: hedge against inflation.
