    I can tell you that is not in the "expected" box... its been a reality for weeks. Cloud Computing providers are experiencing massive extra demand and their capacity is stretched to the point they are are failing to meet SLA's with existing customers as a result. I should know because my phone is often getting Azure alerts telling me that Virtual Machines are failing as a result of the demand. Whilst currently it's driving me crazy its a good sign in other areas of my life... if you know what I am saying.
