I'm inclined to your thinking, Nutsy....something does appear to be brewing, but it is hard to conceive it could be anything around the state of the science (so soon).
On the other hand, also unlikely that a Patent ann. would do it, either. 13% in the back end of the day...spectacular
Which brings us back to interested parties...I wonder if one might be sniffing?
