the brn director excised his shares, then sold on market to cover his tax liability. the SP hasnt really recovered since.
i dont expect guido to do the same. but still a possibility.
the tax part depends on how the options are classed, which is what im not sure about. if they are part of an employee share scheme type deal then he could be subject to PAYG tax on the difference between excise and SP at the time.
