4DS - Anything but Charting, page-6010

Well I got a reply, I asked about the difference between 4DS and their tech since both are non filamentary and here is the reply ad verbatim.
"I cannot give you advice leading to investments. The only thing T.ace in a socketlthat I can tell you is that our devices are already in 12 inches production level wafers and down to 45 nanometer linewidth.
We have support from industry and DARPA. My claims have been proven and work is in the way.
When is it out for commercialization? It is very tough to answer because commercialization means that the device is already in a winning place in a socket for a product.

Be careful about any broad claims in this area.
