Markets getting ready for it that is for sure.
In many respects if Guido exercises his options, that is perhaps more indicative of acquisition confirmation* than a successful integration. At least for those of us who do not fully understand what a successful integration may mean at the technical level.
*confirmation barring the real thing; ie: market announcement of acquisition offer.
