    $4.37m outstanding in options, current MC of $60.45m, means that an acquisition of even $500m would represent 7-8X returns from current levels.

    JD said back in the day that he wants this to be his biggest sale, previously $4b when he sold to Oracle...maybe he didn't mean absolute number though, maybe it was about ROI?
