from what I've seen it seems to be device oriented. So same market as WBT.
4DS is going for data center market.
4DS is also a different technology, interface switching, not filamentary. Still uses resistance to create 1's and 0's but via different mechanisms.
not a particular concern.
even if it was a direct competitor in the exact same market segment and even if it was interface switching, I would still not be concerned.
