I'd say Dr Spencer will eventually go home with around $10M adjusted down by whatever tax considerations affect his circumstances. As per a post I sent a few weeks ago, I think their announcements are constrained by the reviewers at the ASX and that if you read the grammar, words and syntax of their announcements the product and the deal are more clearly defined than they are currently permitted to clearly announce.
T-bagger, you might want to let go of your difficulties with the chance that someone else has picked a big winner and backed it hard.
Of course, something could arise that blows it all to the wind, but IMHO, this is good to go!
