It matters so, so little what the DTer's do. Seriously.
If you are confident that the board will sell this company in the top sales incentive pool bracket like me, then it really is just a waiting game until the board announces officially that they have entered into negotiations.

My expected next market announcements

1. Annual General Meeting details and resolutions + 4C
2. December 2020: Wafer results
3. imec extension
4. February-ish 2021: Chips with transistors results
5. Moving forward to produce another set of test chips, this time with both transistors and control logic. Ie: the Megabit chip they will use to attract a buyer (if they havent already begun discussions with February chips)
6. July quarter 2021: Acquisition

my target acquisition price is north of 60 cents per share.
