2. Results of Annual General Meeting
3. December 2020: Wafer results
4. imec extension
5. December quarterly
6. February-ish 2021: Chips with transistors results
7. Moving forward to produce another set of test chips, this time with both transistors and control logic. Ie: the Megabit chip they will use to attract a buyer (if they havent already begun discussions with February chips)
8. March quarterly
9. July quarter 2021: Acquisition

my target acquisition price is north of 60 cents per share.
