You know how I asked if you think they've broken the <10ns switching speed? Because I personally was very skeptical...

I've found an article from October 2020 by Bogdan Govoreanu who works at Imec on ReRam who has achieved those speeds. I'm a little high at the moment so I'll keep this brief.

The material used was Hf/HfOx, however I saw another article by IEDM research paper from 2008 that also achieved <10ns with Platinum



We can't say if this is being applied to 4DS's ReRam patented tech, but if Imec have already achieved such speeds.... then... universal memory is definitely 100% on the books. Right now I've never been more hyped for this.. keep selling to I can top up.
