Acquisition I had a target on the July quarter 2021. About 6 months from now.
the chips being pushed back has the potential to push this back, but I'm not sure of that yet because we could get the chips in time to conclude or begin any acquisition conversations by my timeline guesstimate.

However, if they go for a third platform lot after the upcoming chips (second platform lot) then definitely the July quarter timeline becomes October quarter. So 3 months more. We will only know if they do elect to go for a third platform lot probably after they complete the second platform lot (upcoming chips). They have indicated it is a possibility, but have not confirmed for sure - the optimist in me says they have yet to confirm this because they hope to be acquired before this point, so doing another iteration of the platform lot becomes the responsibility of the acquiring party at that time, not us. Only time will tell for sure!
