OK - A couple of things perplexing me. I'll try and answer the questions and encourage the brains trust thoughts.

1. We have a water tight NDA. How is it possible to have "multiple" interested parties circling ? How do they know what is happening ? Leaky ship ?
2. If, what we have is groundbreaking how do we go to "auction" once the next platform lot (or the one after that) is done with that NDA muzzling us ?

Possible scenario then.

In the past several years WD have requested an extension to the joint partnership early - around mid May last year. My gut says that our serious pinch point is about this time. Do WD want it kept under wraps and if so their deadline for a bid is 30/6 or we open up and publish what we have (which btw should rocket the SP). Then other bidders are invited to test drive and pop the question. Or if it is as good as we think they will lock it down and place a bid before EOFY. For me this deadline could be our strong bargaining chip.
