if no TO offers immediately, then this must happen else 4DS languishes as it becomes clear there is no demand for the working Mb array ("but I thought all those HC posters who never reached out to actual industry participants were right!")
i have checked in with a number of saucies at the FMS. None that I have asked believe WBT is a $300M USD company - which is it's current market cap (aka retail market mispricing)
