I subscribe to that theory, bobbyY, both with last years bombshell announcement and the most recent announcements some may have benefited from that strategy,
”otherwise why be so destructive with the wording structure,failure,no market for ….and a lengthy delays?

Both those market sensitive announcements would have been,should have been,hopefully proof read many times over and over again by the BOD before release to market, is this a way to to invite powerful new passengers aboard the train with very cheap tickets? mind you please note it’s only a my theory of course and only my opinion, but ask yourself why,this is not financial advice,what do l know?
make your own interpretations and reasonings. Am l a sceptic from way back? Pure speculation?
