I don't think Jim really would too worried - he is already a successful and wealthy person. 4DS will be just another venture that didn't work out (Successful people don't worry about failure, just chalk it up to experience, learn from it and move on). Especially given he has more important things to worry about, if the reason for his resignation still holds.
Besides, unless he finds a willing buyer to do an off market transfer with, who will take his shares on market at the moment?
