Also as of March this year WD have an EV of $11.5BN and already carry debt of $7.1BN and cash of $2.25bn (net debt of $4.85BN). cant see them going cor a cash buy out with that balance sheet, unless they really low ball it. Hence multi horse race is good so we can get a "market value".
