    I'd understand if they're unable to disclose the details, but he's not even saying that. What a dance-around.

    From reading the reply, I'm also realizing my lack of understanding. Retention by definition can be tuned by the other two... If you explained it like I was five, is he saying 'we have heaps of blue paint, heaps of yellow paint, so we can have as much green paint as we need'?
