They have updated the published date, but yes questionable move by “stocks down under”.
It will be impossible to determine whether the malicious / defamatory article influenced the share price down the tubes.
Regardless, since DM is not doing much at the moment, he should be consulting his lawyers and provide investors an update ASAP.
Analytical data traffic hitting the URL from the time it was published to the moment it was updated could help determine the impact (I am sure DM’s lawyer’s if engaged will look into that).
