K's points are on the money - write speed of that magnitude next to DRAM removes a bottleneck that DRAM cannot overcome at this point in time
LPDDR5 is great AND YET despite what some may say the rewrite time on bit error processing and the inability to utilise the entire mem cache in all current applications allows a niche market application for what 4DS is aiming to achieve at 20nm - and that niche market is massive and will facilitate significant cost savings for existing DRAM manufacturers by removing that excessive cost in time and energy on continual reboot and rewrite when 'flips' occur - and they are present in all DRAM applications ( as a generalisation ) there is a vacant market application that already exists worth billions in cost savings

it will also allow full memory cache utilisation on all current and future systems in the DRAM category and going forward there will be nothing remotely close to what these guys are coming to market with if they succeed at 20nm

these are just quick thoughts in reply stop talking and and it is the opportunity here as I see it
others have similar or different ideas and thats fine - either or these guys need to pull 20nm out of the hat ....that is the vacant market opportunity that is worth chasing - its a unique application that is needed now
