From what has been suggested above - it would appear that it is because that how the program works, and if so, can it be considered that they are getting set for another run ?

I know they are very small parcels and doubt that any person would be making any money from $20 trades

Jnene from what I've seen on many past stocks that I've held is that when the bots arrive usually there is price action and the whole idea is to push the stock north
