If you think for a second about what you've just said, and if it's correct, you've just described an absolute no-brainer reason to be buying up bargains after this shareholder panic.
That said, I'm personally not buying at this moment. My sentiment remains to hold and watch because I promised myself I had bought my last shares in 4DS when I grabbed a bunch at $.035 on March 18 2020.
