I agree, debating take over price is a red herring.
I want to know what the big picture plans are beyond PL3. How the company would operate if no offer was forthcoming. Because we cannot be certain a white knight will come riding in. We also know the company can't rest in place, it has to keep developing. PL4 has been foreshadowed but after that, what happens? We can't keep hanging around the halls of IMEC.
