It is only mentioned that the time has been extended for another year, but the testing stage for this is so repetitive and time consuming because at even the hint of a glitch somewhere it has to be investigated and run and re run again.
Think of it as when in the nineties the Pentium 2 came out and everyone was excited for a quicker computer. from then till now and user friendly products ie phones and apps that will tell you how to live ETC.
