    I can’t speak for the rest of what you have described, but I don’t think it was bots that stopped trading below 14c.

    your broker will have procured for you the best price - so even if you put your sell order in at 13c if there were buy orders above that then your broker would have secured those.
    Standard practice.

    And there has definitely been buy orders above 14c at all times for the last however many weeks
