17th August Ann they said, there is a technical problem which is solvable. Now after extensive discussion with imec they have found a solution. This etch mask optimisation, they are expecting to solve the endurance ambiguity. This is good news.
speed and retention are not issues. And great news is we are having a mb test chip in 7/8 month time. We knew there is 3rd platform lot needed. 3 months plus to solve the problem is quite acceptable.
if I take my rose coloured glass off, may be not a billion dollar pay day. But, it is certain that we are not doomed.
I will hold few more months. Cheers .
