I don't think there will be any credible news until July before 4DS produce it first array. The recent rally from $0.068 to current level is quite generous but seems like the company need a CR raise to support its R&D as it is only left with $7.5million. I won't be surprised a CR within few weeks. The next stage to technical update is critical but things will start to shape from there however commercialisation is a very distant future (2 years in my opinion).

From my experience with semiconductor in ASX with WBT and BRN, it takes a very long time to sell your product in mass volumes. BRN already had a chip but yet to find a credible market, WBT has produced its ReRam memory chips but still at very early stage of commercial validation.

You need a lot of patience with semiconductor evolution, DYOR before buying or selling
