From my experience with semiconductor in ASX with WBT and BRN, it takes a very long time to sell your product in mass volumes. BRN already had a chip but yet to find a credible market, WBT has produced its ReRam memory chips but still at very early stage of commercial validation.

You need a lot of patience with semiconductor evolution, DYOR before buying or selling

But the SP was much higher before the technical issues so the market has been giving some of that loss back . BRN has been up and down a lot during that time driven by nothing but speculation I would expect the same here
