Whilst I wouldn't in any way consider myself an expert chartist, I would argue that in this stock you can still get some kind of info from it. Take a look at the one below. Look at where we are, with:
- Price nearing the bottom support level
- Bollinger bands getting very tight
- Volumes low, other indicators nearing neutral
Then take a look at what happened the last time the chart looked like this. And the time before that. And the time before that. And the time before THAT.
Then consider that we have news coming at some point over the next month. Chart would indicate that it would be a good time to buy, and the price you should buy at would probably be around the support level of 5.5 / 5.6c. And there probably isn't much point trying to buy lower than that.
