Yes I do gray! It's the only long range financial forecast that makes sense to me. It took a while for me to come to grips with all the Credit Cycle, Economic Rent, and associated Asset Speculation theory, but in the end it really is pretty simple stuff. I didn't need any more convincing after recently checking the Gann Financial Timetable, which was developed back in 1909 and then extended out to 2101. I downloaded my copy back in 2017. The forecast for 2020 was/is "PANIC". Well we definitely got that didn't we.
