Yes Jock the dish pattern does seem to be repeating. When the SP rose from the bottom of the first dish shown on the chart below, the rise paused at the High Volume (Anchor Zone) Close of the first Absorption Volume (SP re-rate) bar. The current SP rise and today's price action, as of 1300 today, has headbutted the High Volume Close of the last Absorption Volume re-rate from back on 21/01. If this pattern does repeat, and there is no guarantee of that of course, the SP will pause at the 22c level prior to then moving up to the top of the dish at 28c. It will then pause once again at that level on relatively low volume prior to the next speculative surge up to the 40c level. What I am doing is just projecting a fractal of the prior price and volume action pattern forward in time. Will this crystal ball forecast prove true or false? Who knows! What I do know is that the 22c level is a strong resistance level that if broken to the upside will suggest a further strong move up to 28c. In mid to end April we should know whether these repeat pattern forecasts prove true or false. Until the bottom of the dish is broken to the downside I think the positive view on the SP direction is the one to focus on.
