Was that announcement an inflection point?

Has anything changed? If not ... consistency continues., If change - inflection point.

So the question then is ... were all the previous announcement - false starts? Whereas the last one was different and now 4DS accelerates towards the final end game.

The answer relies on how many holders get stronger and accept this announcement was different.
