I am with ANZ and CMC Markets. CMC trades for me with a Premium Trader Account are $9.90. If you are not a premium trader it is $11 per trade but still so much less expensive than ANZ (Previously E-Trade) which are $19.95 for each trade.
My strong recommendation would be CMC Markets.
